Kelly Signature Travel — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Kelly Signature Travel, a registered brand and trade name of Single Step Travel Planners, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Kelly Signature Travel provides professional travel planning and design services, including but not limited to:

- Custom itinerary design and trip planning

- Travel booking and reservation management

- Curated package tours

- Concierge travel services, including scheduled check-ins and travel accompaniment

- Referral to and facilitation of travel insurance policies on behalf of clients

We act as an independent travel professional and, depending on the nature of your booking, may function as either an agent of third-party travel suppliers or as a direct service provider.

2. Planning Fees

Many of our services are subject to a non-refundable planning fee, which will be disclosed to you prior to engagement. This fee compensates for the time, expertise, and resources invested in designing your travel experience and is separate from any booking costs.

Planning fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of engagement. Payment of a planning fee does not guarantee a completed itinerary if the engagement is terminated by the client prior to delivery.

3. Bookings and Payments

Depending on the nature of your travel arrangements, payments may be:

- Collected directly by Kelly Signature Travel and remitted to suppliers on your behalf, or

- Made directly by you to suppliers, with Kelly Signature Travel acting in an advisory or booking capacity

Where Kelly Signature Travel collects payment on your behalf, we may retain your credit card or payment information solely for the purpose of processing payments to travel suppliers as authorized by you. This information is handled securely and is not stored beyond the period necessary to complete your transactions. We do not use your payment information for any purpose other than fulfilling your authorized travel arrangements.

All applicable payment terms, deposit requirements, and due dates will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made by the stated deadlines. Late or missed payments may result in loss of reservations, price changes, or cancellation by the supplier, for which Kelly Signature Travel bears no responsibility.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are established independently by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel providers. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation and refund terms of each applicable supplier.

Kelly Signature Travel does not guarantee refunds on supplier-issued products or services. Any cancellation fees, penalties, or forfeited deposits are governed by the respective supplier's policies.

Where Kelly Signature Travel establishes its own cancellation terms for a specific booking, package, or service, those terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation or package documentation and will take precedence for those services only.

Non-refundable planning fees are not subject to refund upon cancellation of travel arrangements.

5. Travel Insurance

Kelly Signature Travel strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

As a service to our clients, we may refer you to third-party travel insurance providers and assist in securing a policy on your behalf. However, Kelly Signature Travel is not a licensed insurance provider or broker. We do not assess the suitability of any specific policy for your individual circumstances, and our assistance in this area does not constitute insurance advice. All insurance policy terms, coverage determinations, and claims are the sole responsibility of the issuing insurance provider.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review any policy before purchase.

6. Supplier Responsibility and Third-Party Services

Many components of your travel experience are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, ground transportation providers, tour operators, and activity vendors. Kelly Signature Travel acts as an intermediary in arranging these services and is not responsible for:

- The acts, omissions, errors, or defaults of any supplier

- Changes to supplier pricing, availability, or policies after booking

- Service failures, quality issues, or disruptions caused by suppliers

- Any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from third-party services

In the event of a supplier failure or significant change to your arrangements, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternatives, though we cannot guarantee outcomes or assume financial liability for supplier actions.

7. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

Kelly Signature Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest

- Natural disasters or severe weather events

- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies

- Government-imposed travel restrictions, border closures, or regulatory changes

- Strikes, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures

In such circumstances, refunds and rebooking options will be subject to the policies of the applicable suppliers. We will assist you in navigating these situations to the best of our ability.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travel party:

- Hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation for your destinations

- Meet all health, vaccination, or entry requirements imposed by destination countries or carriers

- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

- Review all booking confirmations and itinerary documents promptly and notify us of any errors

Kelly Signature Travel is not responsible for costs, losses, or denied entry resulting from a client's failure to obtain or maintain required documentation.

9. Geographic Scope

Our services are available primarily to clients based in the United States and Canada. We also work with international clients on a case-by-case basis. All services are provided in English and all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kelly Signature Travel's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total planning fees paid by you to Kelly Signature Travel in connection with the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
